HOME REMEDIES FOR INDIGESTION (FIRST PART)



People often doesn't care about indigestion either its ignored or neglected. But if it happens sometimes, then its curable with few simple remedies. But if you are constantly facing this problem. Then it may lead to major problems like Stomach Ulcer, Fatty Liver, Heart Burning. As I said that most of the diseases are related with stomach.

So, you have to be careful about your healthy digestive system. First of all let us understand that why does indigestion occurs ? Over eating is the major reason behind this problem. Eating Oily & Spicy food is the reason behind this. Never do over eating, when you feel like filling just stop eating there only with the little hunger remain. Then you will never have problem of indigestion

Secondly, take small bites. People who eat big bites they have problem of indigestion. Thirdly, not chewing your food properly. People who chew their food less, would face indigestion. So what you have to do? Take this much of bite, not bigger than this. And chew this bite for 32 times, so that it could mix up with saliva. If you will chew your food properly, then you wouldn't require to follow any remedy. With this only your digestive system will be cured.

Second reason is Stress eating.. Now a days, its in fashion to eat while watching TV. While this you hardly concentrate on your food, you chew your food less And secondly, you don't even realise by when you stomach got full & you keep on doing over eating. So, always concentrate on your food while having it & always enjoy your food. Feel the aroma & flavour of your food and then have it.

People who eat very fast to fill their stomach they often have problem of indigestion. Now, how would you came to know that you are suffering from indigestion ? If you having bloating or stomach burning Of if your stomach is not cleared properly, you are going to toilet again & again? Of if you are not going to toilet for continuous 2 days then its understood you are suffering from major indigestion. How to solve this?? There are very simple & easy remedies.

Take 5-6 Basil leaves wash them thoroughly add 2-3 black pepper pods & black salt. Grind it and prepare its paste. Mix this paste with 5-6 spoon of curd and consume this 2-3 times in a day You will notice that the problem of indigestion will be solved. If you don't feel like eating or you feel your stomach is filled. That's too is a symptom of indigestion.

Specifically people who are chain smoker and a regular alcoholic Their symptom of ingestion is , they don't feel like eating and they always have a feeling of full stomach. Or they have problem of acidity. So what you have to do? Ginger is a amazing remedy for this. Ginger has such enzymes and juices When we eat food, the stubborn fat goes into our body. Such enzymes & juices are helpful to flush them out.

Suck a small piece of ginger along with having food. If you can't have it along with food then have it post your food. Or you can boil the ginger in some water, strain the ginger & can consume that water. Even then you will feel relief in the problem of indigestion. If the problem is very severe then along with ginger mix a small piece of onion & 1-2 garlic clove to make its paste. Consume 1 spoon of this paste with Lukewarm water.

You will notice that you are getting relief in the problem of indigestion. So these were few remedies.
